Rosehill Community Center, located in Mukilteo, Washington. I found this place through a posting on Weddingbee.com. I fell in love with this place just from the pictures and then I really knew this was the place when I went to see it person. The bonus was my fiance loves it too. The only downside is the location, all our friends and family are south of Seattle, so it'll be a little of a hike for everyone. The room that we are renting is called, Point Elliott Room and it is gorgeous. The room has floor to ceiling windows, balcony that wraps around for your guest to mingle outside, the view is gorgeous even when its cloudy outside. The outside area is so well maintained so it'll be great for pictures and just a short distance away is a light house down by the water for more pictures. The last thing I really love about this place is the parking, there are two parking lots that your guest will be able to use and of course street parking, which isn't bad at all, even on the hottest day.
My fiance and I wanted to get married in April 2013 but it was all taken, even the month of May was all booked up. The center only lets you book out a year in advance. So in order for me to make sure to get the June 8, 2013 date I had to show up early, like 6am early before work, to beat any brides to get this date, even then if another bride was waiting for this date we would've had to do a lotto, then there would have been some hair pulling :).
I got the date locked in, so I'm a happy bride!
